15,000 U.S. gallons jet a refueler, with 15,000 Gallon stainless steel tank fully baffled, two man cab, overturn protection, two 20” manholes with 10” fill openings and vents, two 20” inspection manholes, and two 1” water drain valves. Meets all requirements of DOT 406 specifications.

Chassis – Refueler is built on a heavy-duty, EAM RF10RD Custom Airport Chassis with Cummins Diesel Engine – Tier IV, Allison Automatic Transmission. Detailed specifications available upon request.

FILTER/SEPARATOR: Latest Edition Horizontal Filter/Separator – 800 GPM (3,000 LPM) rated with differential pressure gauge, air eliminator, water defense and drain valve. F/S meets API 1581 specifications and qualification procedures for solids and water removal.

VENTURI: Two, sized to compensate for pressure loss.

FLOW METER: One meter, 800 gpm rated and panel mounted TCS meter w/TCS3000 electronic register and cellular modem included as standard equipment (options available).

New 1,500 gallon (5,675 Liter) diesel dispensing refueler, built on Ford F550 4×4 Chassis, with gasoline engine, automatic transmission
and 1,500 gallon stainless steel tank. Meets all requirements of DOT 406 specifications.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: The features include 20 GPM (75 LPM) diesel dispensing system, TCS meter with Veeder Root mechanical register head
Hannay electric rewind hose reel w/OPW nozzle, LED light package, DEF tank/dispensing system, and (2) 20lb BC fire extinguishers.

SAFETY FEATURES: All required safety features including static reel with 50’ cable and bonding clamp, brake interlock system, emergency shut down the system, differential pressure gauge, pump pressure gauge and nozzle pressure gauges.
