ASME ‘U’ and ‘R’ Certified Facility

CHASSIS: RUNNING GEAR: Heavy-duty four wheel trailer. Fully rated suspension (for towing up to 35 MPH). Ackerman style steering axle.

FEATURES: Fully self-contained and maintenance-free pressure control system (no external air source, electrical source, or nitrogen source required). All aluminum deck and hose reel (for low maintenance). Fully integrated solar powered system; includes battery for the interlock system. (Sugar Land, TX – February 29, 2024) Global Aviation Services, LLC, doing business as ProFlo Industries, acquired aviation refueling equipment supplier Garsite and portable restroom vacuum equipment supplier Progress Tank in an equity deal this week. ProFlo Industries is a subsidiary of PrimeFlight Aviation Services Inc.

“This acquisition will bring two of the strongest names in the aviation refueling equipment industry together under the Garsite brand,” said Dan Bucaro, President & CEO of PrimeFlight Aviation Services. “Together, we will be able to deliver a wider range of quality refueling and ground service equipment, an expanded inventory of stock equipment and parts, faster turnaround times, a larger maintenance network, and added engineering support.”
Progress Tank has manufactured truck-mounted equipment used in the refined fuel, heating oil, and liquid waste industries, specializing in vacuum and fuel delivery trucks, since 1922. 5,000 gallon jet refueler with aluminum tank fully baffled, single compartment, overturn protection, 20” manhole with 10” fill opening with emergency pressure/vacuum vents and one 20” inspection manhole.

Chassis – Refueler is built on a conventional cab-chassis, diesel engine, automatic transmission. Power steering. Options include Navistar HV607, Mercedes Benz Atego or Freightliner M2-106 chassis.

PUMP: Centrifugal type, PTO driven, hot shift.
300-600 GPM / 1,135-2,270 LPM.

FILTER/SEPARATOR: 5th Edition Horizontal Filter/Separator – 300 GPM rated with differential pressure gauge, air eliminator, water defense and drain valve. F/S meets API 1581 specifications and qualification procedures for solids and water removal. Filter Monitor is available as an option.

DEADMAN AND PRESSURE CONTROLS: Electrically operated inline deadman/pressure control and shut-off valve provides primary pressure control. Secondary pressure control is regulated by a mechanical hose-end control valve.
