Jet A1 Transfer Cart

Garsite has a 2025 Jet/Jet A1 Transfer Cart in stock and available for immediate delivery. New transfer unit with 4″ API coupling to supply aircraft at 200 GPM.

Filter System:
-6th Facet filter water separator vessel with included element filters
-Air eliminator and pressure relief valve
-Water detection system
-Inlet and outlet filter shutoff valves
-Millipore fittings upstream and downstream
-Drain at the low point of the filter with spring-return ball valve
-Differential pressure gauge with test valve and shutoff for high differential pressure, per JIG standards

Meter:
-TCS 700 series meter with TCS 3000 electronic register.

Controls:
-3” inline shutoff valve with solenoid actuator
-12-volt electric system
-HECV 45 PSI

Hose Reel and Hose:
-2.5″ x 50′ capacity single-wrap hose reel with electric rewind and flanged connection
-2″ x 50′ fueling hose, type C, with couplings (MxM NTP threads), certified
-Carter underwing nozzle with HECV 45 PSI, 100 mesh strainer, dust cap, and 2.5” NPT thread
-OPW overwing nozzle with 100 mesh strainer, grounding cable, and dust cap
-Dry break disconnect for exchange nozzle
-Butterfly valve on reel inlet

Control Panel:
-Stainless steel construction.
-Pump pressure gauge (0 – 160 PSI)
-Fueling pressure gauge (0 – 160 PSI)
-Differential pressure gauge (0 – 30 PSI) with high-pressure shutdown, per JIG standards
-Work light for night use
-200-watt top-mounted solar panel with regulator
