Chassis Construction:

• Grey painted carbon steel chassis construction.
• Solid tire, black rim, wheel assembly, 4.0 x 8.0 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern
• Rear lights for brake, reverse, and turn signals.
• 7-pin plug for connection to towing device
• Enclosure box built in Stainless Steel
• Lockable doors

INLET COUPLER:

• 4” API Adapter w/ 4” ANSI Flanged
• 2.5” x 23 Ft inlet hose for Aviation fuel with MxM NPT Threads couplers and certified
• 3” Elbow Hose with Shutoff Valve

PUMP:

• 3” Basket Strainer w/ stainless steel mesh 40, cast iron body.
• 3” Gorman Rupp diesel engine driven pump
• 2” Mechanic Bypass
• 2.5″ pressure gauge with 0-160 PSI range

FILTER SYSTEM:

• 6th Facet filter water separator vessel with element filters included.
• Air eliminator and pressure relief valve
• Water Defense
• 3″ Shutoff valve inlet and outlet filter
• Millipore fittings upstream and downstream
• Drain in the low point of the filter with/ spring return ball valve.
• DP gauge with test valve

METER:

•  TCS 700 series meter with TCS 3000 or Liquid Control M series with LR IQ Remote electronic register

HOSE REELS AND FUELING HOSE:

• Single Wrap Underwing hose reel w/ 2.5” x 50 Ft capacity, electric rewind, and manual crank
• 2” x 50 Ft MxM fueling hoses
• Underwing CLA-VAL / CARTER nozzle 347GF or 64250 series with 100 mesh strainer and dust cap
• Overwing OPW nozzle 295SJ series with 100 mesh strainer, grounding cable, and dust cap
• Gammon dry break coupler for exchange nozzles
• Individual interlock nozzle holders
• 3” Shutoff Valve inlet hose

CONTROLS:

• 12-volt electric system
• Taillight break
• 7-pin connectors
• 200-watt top-mounted solar panel with regulator, charge indicator, and deep-cycle batteries

CONTROL PANEL:

• Stainless Steel construction
• Fueling pressure gauge-30 – 160 PSI w/ test valve.
• Pump pressure gauge 0 – 160 PSI
• 0 – 15 PSI pressure differential with gauge test
• Interlock Indicator per JIG
• Work light for night use
